Default Any good trans shops around here?

The tranny on the '06 is sort of effed. I would like to take it to a trans shop and see what they say (worth fixing or just let it go and get a built) but I don't know where to go. I called Goerend and he doesn't have the time for me, so he can eat sh*t. Guess if we go with a built it'll be Suncoast, or something.

Or, if LBDP want to come take a look/listen and tell me they think?

Prolly nothing major (no slipping, no parts in pan), it's just I don't know what's wrong and we don't wanna have some one stick a ton of money in "fixing" it.

Whoaaa!!! No need to go slamming on Goerend here. Have you seen how busy that place is Aaron? I sell about 50 to 100K worth of his stuff a year and let me tell you this....I called on Monday this week and left a mssg to call me and didnt get a return call until Thursday. So if ya say he doesnt have the time for you it has to be something personal because even being a dealer for him takes a few days to get a return call.

What is your trans doing?

He and my dad go back...the least he can do is give me two fricking minutes to answer a couple questions. I called Monday, still haven't heard. Don't care anymore. We're just going to let it go and put a tranny in it next month.

Hey Aaron - if you need a built trans, I know a guy that used to live in Oklahoma, and now is in AZ that could probably hook ya up with one real cheap!

I called them back in April no return call, called in May no return call. Called once again in June and no call. I know how you feel. Funny thing is I had cash in hand when I first called. If you go Suncoast let me know.
